From 2001 until 2004, AIA was known as Schneeweis Partners, LLC.  Since 2001, AIA and its antecedents have been associated with the creation of investible hedge fund index products, including contributions to the creation of the Zurich Institutional Benchmark Series and its successor, the Dow Jones Hedge Fund Strategy Benchmarks. Since 2002, the firm has also created investible proxies for various hedge fund strategies, including trendfollowing strategies often traded by CTA’s. In recent years, AIA has created investible commodity index products and other trading strategies in the commodity space designed to most efficiently deliver the unique set of returns available in commodity markets.
